Many businesses that start with MAX or other ERP systems begin by focusing on materials, and then want to expand their analysis and mastery of their supply chain by expanding into others. One great place to start is analyzing the cost of labor.

The purpose of this free webinar is to outline the layers of labor costing in the Exact MAX system and identify the potential costs and benefits. We'll focus on the design and structure of the overall system and how various modules integrate to provide standard labor and overhead cost, actual labor and overhead costs and labor variance analysis. Then we will illustrate the levels of labor tracking so that the location of modules and options are understood. Much of this same data and processes are required for capacity planning, all of which are a critical point of leverage in the system. Organizations that implement labor from both perspectives gain insight to both profit margins and production capabilities.
